Cancellation, Complaints and Refund Policy

Some unavoidable circumstances that may lead to the cancellation of your order include unavailability of stocks, inaccurate or error in the offered product or pricing and other information that is a misprint. In case we are not able to process your order due to reasons such as unserviceable location, delivery restrictions the order will be cancelled after 7 working days we will initiate a refund. We will not be able to cancel the orders that have already been processed and shipped out.

If the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wishes to replace it, they would only be able to do so if they are ready to pay the shipping fee.
